The location of the hotel was unbeatable, to malls ect.

We have stayed here for 1 night and had a very pleasant experience. There was affordable food, the staff was helpful. The location of the hotel was convenient - within easy walking distance of Amphitheater. The property was a comfortable place for enjoying a pretty area.

Nothing fascinated me. Everything was normal.

The keys were turned off several times, the room smelled very strong of cigarettes (supposedly of not smoking) and they could not change us pq there were no more rooms with king bed. The curtain in the bathroom was broken.

Comfortable beds and a nice, brand-new room. Particularly nice view from the window. Convenient and easy location in Mesa, surrounded by restaurants, a store, and coffee shops within walking distance.

check in was very quick, room was very clean and did not smell of cigarettes was in front of the pool, beds were very comfortable the bathroom and the. microwave and refrigerator were spacious. towels and bathroom were clean, flat screen TV was very good and control was fast if it had good batteries. at the time of check out it was also fast and good people at the reception, I asked to be shown the room before taking it and room cleaning lady showed me interest and sincerity about the hotel and convenient rooms, heating and cooling were working perfectly, excellent staff in that. Thank you.

That the person who was in the dining room at the time of the continental breakfast was very rude, had the place all dirty and cold. And I could only take one portion per meal for breakfast. The tables where you were eating breakfast were dirty. There were no napkins. And it was just toast, cereal, muffins and waffles, milk and orange juice.
